Graphic Art Design & Copy Editing – Sophia Tingle
Ms. Tingle serves as RayZo’s cheif designer. She has 15 years’ experience in print and presentation design, web, product layout, event planning and marketing. She reviews, analyzes, and creates visual solutions that communicate a variety of advertisement and marketing needs. Her artistic and professional disciplines have helped translate ideas and messages into creative images — resulting in the creation of very simple to complex designs. Ms. Tingle brings her proficiency for creative concept development and design for branding, advertising and community relations. She works in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Publisher, Dreamweaver, Squarespace, QuarkXPress, Word Press, Email Marketing (Constant Contact, Virtual Response, Mail Chimp), Survey Monkey, InMotion and SharePoint. Additionally, she excels in all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
Sophia is a graduate of New Jersey City University with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design and Illustration. Apart from being a graphic design artist, Sophia is an Event Planner, which are additional services she provides at RayZo, Inc.
Website Design and Development – Sylvia Ayivor
Sylvia Ayivor is a New York City-based Digital Art Director, with over 10+ years’ experience in website, email, UX, print and product design. Keeping a finger on the pulse of contemporary marketing, she has developed a keen aptitude in the digital realm, where she oversees strategy, development and implementation of websites, branding and digital solutions for corporations and non-profit organizations, while leveraging her holistic background to collaborate digital marketing efforts effectively with print and other design teams. Outside of her independent consultations, Sylvia serves as the Lead Web Developer for RayZo, Inc.(part-time) and as the Lead Digital Designer for the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York, NY (full-time). She graduated with a B.A. in Communications Design from New Jersey City University in 2005, where she was awarded Design Derby Art Directors Club of New Jersey. She has achieved expert level in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), Sketch, InVision, WordPress, and wireframing. Her specialties include Creative Direction, Art Direction, Branding, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web/Mobile Design, Identity Design, 360 Degree Branding, Product Design, Advertising, Concept Design.
Social Media Marketing & Copy Writing – Pilar Pelayo Curvy
Pilar is a seasoned, bilingual marketing professional with 25 plus years of experience focused on sales, business development and client retention. She possesses essential writing and editing skills. She also assists in content generation strategies and has the knowledge to plan and implement relevant social media campaigns across multiple social platforms that will drive results, improving the client’s social media marketing presence and improve brand-building efforts. This includes blogging, creating profiles, writing engaging content, managing social posts and responding to followers for continued engagement of current and future customers. Marketing Specialist & Researcher – Ivelisse Rivera
Ivelisse provides marketing and social media management services for RayZo. She is responsible for scheduling posts, and ensuring that social media content is in the proper format prior to posting. She also assists with event management, research, content generation, website maintenance and other marketing functions. Graduate of Douglass College/Rutgers University B.A. in Spanish & French.
Community Development Specialist – Grizel Ubarry
For the last 30 years, Grizel Ubarry has been President and sole proprietor of G. Ubarry, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in management and community economic development initiatives. Her firm specializes in working with non-profit organizations, community development corporations, businesses, and financial institutions in the development of successful community revitalization projects, specifically in the field of affordable housing. The focus of the firm is creating innovative initiatives in facilitating promising, yet challenging community development projects from inception to the final stage.
As a development consultant, Ms. Ubarry has helped to develop and finance over $70 million in affordable housing projects, commercial real estate, and childcare/community facilities in addition to creating programs that provide home ownership opportunities to low and moderate-income families. She is also actively involved in the development of initiatives that address neighborhood and family-based issues, and assisting local organizations pursue income-generating opportunities.
As a management consultant, Ms. Ubarry is involved in the organizational development and strategic business planning encompassed in facilitating non-profit organizations and businesses trying to redefine themselves for the changing environment of the 21st century.
