Building Sustainable Growth Through Fund Development and Digital Solutions
RayZo is grateful to support La Casa de Don Pedro (LCDP), an organization with deeply personal meaning for our founder. Zoraya E. Lee-Hamlin served as a volunteer member of LCDP’s Board of Directors for 27 years, from 1995 to 2023, including a decade as Board Chair, and contributed to the organization’s strategic growth through nonprofit governance. That commitment did not end with board service. It evolved into a consulting partnership rooted in trust, shared history, and a genuine investment in LCDP’s continued success.
RayZo provides ongoing grants management, website development, and digital marketing infrastructure support for LCDP, one of New Jersey’s most impactful community-based organizations. Our partnership began with a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s digital presence, followed by the launch of a fully redesigned, mission-aligned website that now serves as a vital tool for outreach, engagement, and fundraising.
The new website was developed with an emphasis on operational efficiency and user experience. It features seamless navigation, integrated donation capabilities, and secure connections to key platforms, including Mailchimp. RayZo also migrated LCDP’s web presence to a scalable hosting platform with SSL encryption, ensuring the highest standards of data protection, reliability, and performance. The site’s refreshed branding and content strategy were designed to better reflect LCDP’s mission and community impact, resulting in a modern, accessible, and engaging platform that empowers the organization to connect with stakeholders, communicate its value, and support its long-term sustainability in community revitalization and organizing.
Complementing the digital transformation, RayZo provides grants management support, including grant prospecting, grant writing, and compliance tracking, all aligned with LCDP’s fundraising goals. These efforts are designed to help LCDP leadership secure new funding, deepen donor relationships, and expand its vital services throughout Newark and beyond.
This long-standing relationship reflects a deep, enduring commitment to LCDP’s mission to foster self-sufficiency, empowerment, and civic participation across Newark’s diverse communities.
