RayZo was recently contracted by the City of Elizabeth’s Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP) to support economic growth and long-term sustainability for small businesses across the city, with a focus on the vibrant Colombian District. These businesses are not only a cornerstone of the local economy but also a reflection of the community’s cultural pride and resilience.

Our role is to provide the tools, training, and strategies business owners need to thrive in today’s digital economy. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, we are offering digital marketing training in both English and Spanish. This ensures that the participating entrepreneurs, regardless of language, can build confidence in using modern tools to engage customers, strengthen their brand, and grow their business.

To support this training, we developed a comprehensive curriculum and an online training portal, providing business owners with access to resources, worksheets, and guides that they can revisit long after the workshops. This blend of live, hands-on training and ongoing digital resources provides the flexibility and reinforcement needed for real-world application.

Our training emphasizes practical, results-driven strategies, including how to enhance online presence, leverage social media to attract and retain customers, and align branding with business objectives. We also provided each business with a style guide.  By pairing technical expertise with cultural sensitivity, RayZo is helping business owners in Elizabeth build capacity, increase visibility, and strengthen their financial sustainability.

This partnership demonstrates the power of combining economic development, cultural connection, and digital innovation to create lasting community impact. RayZo is honored to play a role in helping Elizabeth’s small businesses not only survive but thrive.
