We are proud to welcome PARTNER, the Perth Amboy Redevelopment Team for Neighborhood Enterprise and Revitalization, as one of RayZo’s newest clients. PARTNER is dedicated to revitalizing neighborhoods, strengthening local enterprise, and advancing community development in the Gateway Neighborhood of Perth Amboy, NJ, a predominantly Hispanic community deeply rooted in culture, resilience, and economic potential.

RayZo is serving as PARTNER’s fund development and strategic communications partner, supporting rebranding, grants management, social media strategy, digital fundraising, and corporate sponsorship development. Our work includes helping PARTNER engage private-sector partners and position the organization as a compelling investment in neighborhood revitalization.
