Full-Service Fund Development, Sponsorship Outreach, and Website Solutions for Sustainable Impact

RayZo, Inc. has been proving grants management services to Positive Workforce since January 2025, laying a strong foundation for identifying, writing, and tracking funding opportunities that align with the organization’s mission to train and place minority workers in construction trades.

Building on this foundation, in the second quarter of 2025, we expanded our efforts to include developing a comprehensive fund development plan. This includes sponsorship cultivation, donor engagement strategies, and targeted messaging to strengthen Positive Workforce’s presence among corporate and foundation partners.

In addition to fundraising strategy, RayZo is leading the development of a new, modern website that reflects the organization’s impact, showcases its programs and success stories, and supports donor and sponsor engagement. The new website, which is designed for ease of navigation, storytelling, and functionality, is set to launch in early June 2025.

Together, these efforts represent a strategic approach to building capacity, enhancing visibility, and securing long-term sustainability for Positive Workforce’s mission-driven work.
