CUMAC of Paterson Joins the RayZO Client Portfolio

RayZO is proud to welcome CUMAC to its family of clients.  Located in Paterson, NJ, CUMAC’s mission is to fight hunger and its root causes through a holistic, trauma-informed approach that provides groceries and basic necessities to families and individuals in need.

Our role as grants management is to assist the new executive director and chief development officer in securing new funding sources.

Working in the food justice arena, CUMAC has been reprogramming its programs in an innovative.  RayZO is able to provide significant impact data to funders as CUMAC Is becoming a leader in addressing the needs of families living in “food deserts.”  In 2022, the proposal submittal success rate was 62% however in 2023, we achieved a 68% success rate, beating last year’s awards in just 5 months of service to CUMAC. More importantly, we were able to gain 2 new funding sources.  RayZo continues to assist CUMAC in developing fundraising strategies and provided feedback and consultation in digital fundraising to the CUMAC team.
