RayZo is honored to serve as the official Marketing and Communications firm for the Essex County Office of Small Business Development (OSBD), connecting minority-owned and community-based businesses across Essex County with the resources, training, and visibility they need to grow and thrive.

Supporting small business development and minority entrepreneurship is not a new direction for RayZo. It is core to who we are. As an MWBE- and SBE-certified firm with more than two decades of experience serving businesses and nonprofits across the NJ/NY metro area, RayZo brings firsthand understanding of the challenges minority-owned businesses face and the strategic support needed to overcome them.

In our role as the marketing and communications partner, RayZo provides comprehensive support, including social media strategy and management, content development, digital marketing, and communications planning. Our work is designed to strengthen the OSBD’s visibility across Essex County and deepen its reach among the entrepreneurs and small business owners it serves, particularly those from underserved and marginalized communities who too often lack access to the resources available to them.
