Strengthening Higher Up’s Impact Through Grants, Sponsorship, and Strategic Outreach

RayZo, Inc. delivers comprehensive fund development and donor engagement services for Higher Up, a nonprofit committed to empowering youth through career development, mentorship, and internship opportunities. Our work includes full-service grants management, from prospecting and proposal writing to tracking and reporting.  

We also lead sponsorship development efforts, cultivating relationships with corporate and community partners to support general operations and specific initiatives. Recognizing the importance of sustainable donor engagement, RayZo provided consultation and technical support to implement Zeffy, a donor management and fundraising platform that enables Higher Up to seamlessly collect donations, manage donor data, and launch cost-effective fundraising campaigns.  RayZo’s graphics arts designer also branded the fundraising campaign with a sponsor toolkit and digital assets artwork. 

By combining strategic fundraising with practical infrastructure development, RayZo is helping Higher Up strengthen its financial foundation, build meaningful donor relationships, and scale its impact in the community.
