From Digital Infrastructure to Board Leadership: A National Partnership Built on Trust and Results
RayZo’s relationship with the NFL Alumni Association is a testament to what happens when exceptional work earns the trust of others.
From 2020 to 2023, RayZo served as the NFL Alumni Association’s marketing and web development firm, leading one of the organization’s most comprehensive digital transformation projects. RayZo rebuilt and relaunched the national website and a separate membership portal, and developed 40 chapter websites across the United States using a subdomain structure, giving chapter presidents meaningful control over their digital presence for the first time. Each site integrated cloud services, donor management software, social media tools, and email marketing solutions, creating a unified yet customizable digital infrastructure that strengthened member engagement and expanded the organization’s community reach nationwide.
Beyond the technical build, RayZo researched and authored the NFL Alumni Association’s Brand and Style Guide, establishing visual identity standards and communications guidelines that now govern how the organization presents itself across all platforms, from national campaigns to local chapter outreach. This work ensured that 40 chapters across the country could communicate with a consistent, professional, and mission-aligned voice.
Throughout the engagement, RayZo provided fundraising support to chapter presidents, helping them leverage their new digital tools to drive community engagement, secure sponsorships, and grow chapters. That combination of technology, brand strategy, and fund development coaching reflects the integrated approach RayZo brings to every client engagement.
In September 2024, that body of work culminated in a historic milestone. Zoraya was appointed to the NFL Alumni Association Board of Directors as a volunteer board member, becoming the first woman of color in the organization’s 58-year history to serve in that capacity and one of only two women ever appointed to the board. She was recently named Chair of the Development and Fundraising Committee, where she authored the board’s giving policy and established the committee’s formal roles and responsibilities.
RayZo is honored to continue serving the NFL Alumni Association, its chapters, and the mission to care for kids, care for their own, and care for communities across the country.
